EMP takes care of the entire development and sales/disposal process for each of its projects and is responsible for project management, sales, financing and other functions required to deliver a completed project and sell it on the most advantageous terms. EMP’s interests are always closely aligned with those of its investors as the most significant part of its returns from project development are dependent on the amount of profit that investors realise from their investment.
Private investors may wish to invest alongside others in a particular EMP development project. This gives rise to considerable advantages compared to the traditional direct property investment: potentially higher returns; economies of scale; and less need for time-consuming ‘hands-on’ involvement in the development process.
