EMP employs a team of property development professionals based in London who provide the full range of project management, surveying and construction supervision, sales, legal, financing, accounting and investor relations skills.

In addition, EMP engages local professionals in each of its projects who all have a demonstrable track record in the development of the type of project concerned. EMP will typically enter into joint venture or similar arrangements with local partners who work almost exclusively for EMP and who are incentivised by profit sharing arrangements which align their interests with the success of the project.

EMP has established wide-ranging networks of contacts among banks, local authorities, accountants, lawyers and other professionals in each of the markets in which it operates. These relationships enable EMP to manage the financing and development of its projects efficiently and on the most advantageous terms, for the benefit of its investors.
